Problem:

Page Admins on LinkedIn want an easy, efficient and time-saving way to repost social content from other platforms onto LinkedIn.

Research Impact:

My research led to pivotal recommendations for changes on entry point and interstitial screens to unblock comprehension challenges for users. Additionally, my research surfaced that users had more appetite for manual ingestion of reposting social content from other platforms onto LinkedIn due to more control over the shared content. This allowed the team to prioritize budget and product strategy by focusing on shipping the manual ingestion option first.
